Practice mindfulness every day!
Incorporate meditation into each day (click here for meditations led by Dr. Mitchell). Deep breathing exercises have been shown to decrease anxiety and blood pressure, as well as induce a sense of calm and clarity.
Physical activity is known to boost the immune system, promote better sleep, and improve physical and cognitive function. Get out into nature and breathe fresh air.
Strive to get 7-8 hours of restful sleep. Create a healthy, relaxing, and consistent bedtime routine. Try and avoid electronic devices at least 2 hours before you go to bed.
We recommend focus on eating a diet full of nutrient dense, whole foods and making sure you are drinking plenty of water (at least 64 oz/day).

We have these supplements available at the office, but you can also order them through Fullscript to be shipped directly to your home. As with anything, it is important to take into consideration each individual’s history and situation to determine the most appropriate plan.

The CDC currently recommends everyone wear a cloth face covering in public settings where social distancing may be difficult. This is to help mitigate the spread of the virus from asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic people. With that in mind, all of our practitioners will be wearing masks and ask that you do the same.
