HealingSpace Medical Center is in network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO plans. We are out of network for all other insurance carriers, including Medicare, and BlueCross BlueShield HMO plans.

Non-Medical Services

Payment is required at the time of scheduling for all non-medical services.

CareCredit is the healthcare credit card exclusively created to finance out-of-pocket healthcare costs. CareCredit offers special financing to help patients access healthcare appointments, procedures, and services not covered by insurance. Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments.

Current Specials

  • Energy Healing sale: $190 per session until August 14th, 2020. This special is applicable to both in-office and long-distance healings. 
    Discount is not applicable to appointments with Dr. Marilyn Mitchell. Payment is non-refundable and due at the time of scheduling. Healing appointments must be scheduled and completed before August 14th. Patients who purchase a discounted healing, but do not receive the healing before August 14 will have to pay the difference to receive a full-price healing session.
  • 10% off first thermography appointment at HealingSpace Medical Center
  • $25 off first energy healing appointment when booked at time of first medical visit
  • Receive a discount on your third massage therapy or energy healing (Note: this discount only applies for three appointments of the same service and appointment length)

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice. In the event that you are unable to provide such notice, you will be subject to the full cost of your appointment. Please note that insurance does not cover cancellation fees. Our office will accept cancellations during office hours by phone or after hours through the patient portal if received at least 24 hours before your appointment. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to accommodate other patients.
